I don't think there's a lot of twinking in the 60-69 bracket, and the stats on a 68 Outland blue are probably about the same as the stats on a 68 Northrend green.

Also, not every 15-19 blue is in demand for twinking. Your Auctioneer could've been getting its data from someone else who was trying to sell that item to twinks, not realizing that no twinks want it. You have to remember that Auctioneer DOESN'T KNOW whether or not an item sold at a price - just that someone posted it at that price. You can't assume that it's always right; mine says that copper ores are worth 150g a pop right now.Artemiciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06395429230541778372noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6966105072511702102.post-88882281876091675152009-03-30T15:59:00.000-05:002009-03-30T15:59:00.000-05:00Hi, I brought 3 blue items around the lvl 18, and ...Hi, I brought 3 blue items around the lvl 18, and 68 ranges (twink items was the idea) but they havent sold in two weeks even though i have marked them 5 gold lower than auctioneer suggested them at. Depending on what you have going up, it'd be fair to say that patch expectations are causing some of the sales woes. Why buy a shiny upgrade now when a random Uldar blue could exceed it for free? Might be good to put more basic stuff up for now rather than final products or upgrades (later 70s stuff).Sparkshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14336747461341204071noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6966105072511702102.post-61821285716062395732009-03-30T11:43:00.000-05:002009-03-30T11:43:00.000-05:00I noticed a fairly precipitous drop in price of Fr...I noticed a fairly precipitous drop in price of Frozen Orbs over the weekend on my server. Maybe a lot of people were playing for Spring Break, increasing the supply of items?Artemiciahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06395429230541778372noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6966105072511702102.post-45538494427811489242009-03-30T11:00:00.000-05:002009-03-30T11:00:00.000-05:00I have my best luck with keeping purchase over 100...I have my best luck with keeping purchase over 100g to one or two at a time. I have on average 100-150 small items up at a time which keeps profits coming in. Probably I'm not risky enough but having 400-500 gold in a couple items is all I'm willing to do on larger items at a time.MidwestDadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07587858361428348786noreply@blogger.com
